Long live the Public Domain!
I've downloaded a couple of movies, in MPEG-4 format, from the Internet Archive. Does anyone know of a video player or plugin that will play/conver .mp4 files?

i guess you can watch in media player itself raaaaaaaaaa
no raaaaa! i couldn't play it using WMP, iTunes or QuickTime. maybe some additional codecs are required. dunno if it's free.
The trial version can only process 5 minutes max. Tough. Will find another way. Maybe download in other formats that work!

Try the DivX player. Essentially mpeg4 and divx are same. www.divx.com
True, true, QT7 plays it fine. Thanks.
